How to Apply

• Review our grant guidelines to determine if your program/project fits within them. If you are unsure please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
• Complete our grant proposal form on a computer using the preset margins and font size. We do not accept handwritten proposals.
• Print your proposal and submit one copy on paper before the deadline.

Your proposal will be reviewed and evaluated by several people. Reviewing our grant evaluation form could be helpful to you as you write your grant proposal.

Organizations that receive community foundation grants are required to submit a report within one year of the grant award. A review of our grant report form may help you clarify your program/project objectives.
