DeKalb's VOICE

The community foundation’s youth philanthropy group, DeKalb’s VOICE, awards grants to support DeKalb County, Indiana’s educational and significant needs.

Grant proposals are accepted on March 1 and October 1. In 2010 grants that benefit children are VOICE’s highest priority.
