Wyatt Memorial Fund

The Wyatt Memorial Fund awards annual grants to four nonprofit organizations that were named by the donors: Boy Scouts/Anthony Wayne Council, Howe Military School, Alliance Industries and City of Garrett, Indiana (for public purposes). In addition to supporting these four named organizations the fund also makes grants to support other charitable work that benefits the residents of Garrett, Indiana.

In 2009 and 2010 grants from the Wyatt Memorial Fund were awarded by the community foundation’s board of directors. The grantees were not required to submit grant proposals but will report to the community foundation on how the funds were spent.
