Hamilton High School 2013 Scholarships

Scholarships administered by the DeKalb County Community Foundation may be used for tuition, books, and required fees. Scholarship awards may not be used for room and board expenses.

With one application there are up to 2 scholarships available to Hamilton High School seniors. The information that you provide on the application form allows us to match your qualifications to the scholarships available. Most scholarships are available only to DeKalb County residents. If you do not reside in DeKalb County, please refer to our Multi-County listing regarding your opportunities.

Various qualifiers are used to match you to the available scholarships: high school attended; field of study in college; GPA; college/university attending; participation in high school sports or agriculture programs. The listing below gives an overview of your scholarship opportunities along with ranges of the amounts awarded. Many of these scholarships have additional qualifiers which are considered when your application is reviewed.

• 1 scholarship that is open to any field of study but student needs to explain in their essay how nutrition relates to that field of study (award is $1,000)
• 1 scholarship in an automotive related field (award is $400)
